Suicide Awareness in Honour of World Suicide Prevention Day

Merck Animal Health and Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) “Time to Talk about Mental Health in Vet Med” Campaign and the Centre for Suicide Prevention are hosting a webinar: Suicide Awareness in Honour of World Suicide Prevention Day.

Join us to learn more about the myths and facts of suicide, who is impacted and why, best practices for suicide prevention, as well as a 4-step model for beginning a conversation with someone we may be worried about, whether in our workplace, home, or community.

In support of the Time to Talk about Mental Health in Vet Med awareness campaign, this webinar is available and free to all veterinarians, student veterinarians, RVTs, student RVTs, and all veterinary workplace staff.  You do not need to be a CVMA member to attend. CE certificates will be available.
