Cancellation / Refund Policy

Registration

Individuals are responsible for ensuring the correct event selection for their registration to the Symposium. No refund will be given once the registration process has been successfully completed, or for registrants who subsequently choose not to attend and 'no shows'.

Travel and Accommodations

The winter season may cause some unpredictable conditions such as bad weather or travel delays. The SCVMA Symposium cannot provide reimbursement for the cost of accommodations, transport or of registration, as a result of these unpredictable conditions. If you need to cancel or modify your travel or accommodations, please contact your transportation provider or hotel as soon as possible.

Event Cancellation

Should the Symposium event be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the SCVMA Symposium will endeavour to process a full refund of the registration fee. In the event a presenter(s) unexpectedly cancels his/her session(s), there will be no registration refund.

If you encounter a problem after registration, please contact CVMA at symposium@cvma-acmv.org. Any request for changes to your registration must be submitted by email and may only be considered after the registration period is closed.
