In this session, Becky Taylor will discuss topics such as what if veterinary practices could look inward, to their current teams, and find ways to navigate the workforce crisis the veterinary profession is currently in? There may be some answers right inside your own doors. Taking a look at your current teams and the role of RVTs, and more.

In this session we will:

• Evaluate opportunities for diversification of roles for RVTs.
• Mobilizing RVTs to enhance team culture, reduce the caseload burden of veterinarians, and generate revenue. 
• Invest wisely to improve culture, lead change, and communicate better. 
• Discuss the challenges and solutions of engaging your RVTs at a different level.
