New CVMA Mentorship Program – Join the Pilot Program for Free!

The Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) is excited to announce the launch of an enhanced bilingual member mentorship program, Leading Edge, in 2025.
This unique initiative, offered via the Lincoln Institute of Veterinary Business, will support and connect early and mid-career veterinarians across Canada. More than 1,600 participants from 27 countries have graduated from this evidence-based RACE approved mentorship program which has been developed by veterinarians for veterinarians.
Clinical trials validate an improvement in resilience to stressors, professional fulfillment, career sustainability, workplace relationships, workplace culture, leadership skills, clinical outcomes, and business outcomes upon completion of the program. You will build professional relationships with peers and connect in an online community overseen by a full cadre of experienced veterinary mentors and coaches who offer advice and guidance on subjects spanning wellness to business support.
The CVMA will provide 55 veterinarians with access to our first-year pilot program for free. Pilot participants will receive one year of access to these RACE-approved modules and professional coaching at no cost.
