Sustainability Highlights:
- Eco-Friendly Venues: The Fairmont Empress Hotel and Victoria Conference Centre are both Biosphere certified, ensuring energy efficiency and sustainable practices.
- Digital-Only Materials: All convention materials will be digital to reduce paper waste.
- Sustainable Food: We’re prioritizing local, sustainable food options, with a farm-to-table approach and mindful food sourcing to reduce waste.
- Walkable City: Victoria’s walkable city center encourages attendees to explore on foot and minimize transportation emissions.

We are proud to partner with our venues to ensure an inclusive experience for all attendees and guests:
- Fairmont Empress: Offers accessible guest rooms with wheelchair access, adjustable shower heads, and grab bars. Rooms for the hearing impaired are equipped with portable closed-caption devices and alert strobe lights. Service dogs are welcome at no cost.
- Victoria Conference Centre: Fully accessible, with wheelchair access to all areas, including the Lecture Theatre and stage. Accessible washrooms, elevators with Braille keys, and front-row seating accommodation are available. Parking includes 11 accessibility-designated stalls.
