Membership categories and fees

HOW TO JOIN
Veterinarians residing in British Columbia can join the CVMA and the CVMA-SBCV Chapter through one of the selected options below.

1. Online

To apply for membership or to renew using the online form, click on the link below, complete the information and securely pay your annual dues by credit card.

Note: You will be required to log in using your first name, last name and personal web ID/password.  If you don’t know or forgot your personal ID/password, call us at 1.800.567.2862 or email us at admin@cvma-acmv.org .

2. Facsimile / Email / Mail 

Download and print the general membership application form.  Submit the completed application form to the CVMA by fax at 613.236.9681, by email at admin@cvma-acmv.org , or by mail along with your payment to CVMA, 339 Booth St., Ottawa, ON  K1R 7K1.

3. Call Us

Contact the CVMA office at 1.800.567.2862.  A staff member will be pleased to process your membership application over the telephone and answer any questions you may have regarding membership.
