The Hill's Public Relations Award, instituted in 1992 in cooperation with Hill's Pet Nutrition Canada Inc., consists of $1,000 cash award and a plaque. This award recognizes an individual or group for their work towards enhancing the public image of the veterinary profession. Nominations for the award are accepted annually, and the award is given only if a suitable candidate is identified. The recipient is selected by CVMA Council.
